Hello,
my name is Els van Tricht and I live in Schiedam, a place near Rotterdam, in Holland.
I started creating
beautiful porcelain dolls years ago, till I saw an hand sculpt Baby doll out of clay in an magazine. That's what I wanted.
For 4 years now I make my own, all one of a kind, babies, and I try to make them all look like real babies. I have three
daughters and one grandson, Donavan, which is a nice example to model, :-))
All dolls I make are made out of cernit modelling
paste. I mix the cernit to get the right colour for the babyskin. The eyes are made out of glassblown crystal and the babies
have human hair eyelashes and wear a high quality mohair wig
All babydolls will be delivered with a certificate of
authenticity and are all unicaten, so there will be one piece only.
